Battle Properties was founded by Brady Battle...a
native of Atlanta born in Dekalb County in 1952.
He attended high school in Dekalb and then Austin
College in Sherman, Texas on an athletic
scholarship.
 Brady
is married to Mary Battle, who's a partner in
Exovations, Inc., one of the largest Exterior
Product New Construction installation and
Remodeling companies in the Southeast.

Brady has 3 children, a son who is also in the
building business and 2 daughters, both in real
estate. Brady also has 2 granddaughters. Brady
comes from a large family of builders who each run
their own building business. The Battles have been
designing homes in the Atlanta area for over 30
years.
The family operates as a network among themselves
in the exchange of ideas, knowledge and joint
partnerships on larger projects. This net working
within the family has become a valuable asset to
the family members individually and corporately.
The end result is a wealth of experience gathered
from two generations of building and design
knowledge. Brady is a forerunner in the home
building industry regarding entry-level homes
upwards to 2nd and 3rd time homebuyers. His
experience extends to every aspect of the
residential home construction including land
purchasing planning and development.
Brady started in the building business in the
early 70's and has been involved in home
construction all across the metro area, first as
the construction manager of a large regional
builder, and the last several years with his own
company. During his 30 year career, he has been
involved in the building of over 5000 homes. |
